My Therapy Approach

Post-traumatic growth - Trauma integration

Embark on a Journey of Personal Growth

In order to integrate traumatic memories and emotions, it is essential to engage both mind and body in the therapeutic process.

My approach combines the principles of systemic psychotherapy with a deep understanding of trauma’s impact on the body, mind and spirit. Through a compassionate and client-centered approach, I create a safe and nurturing space. You can reconnect to your body, regulate your emotions and your nervous system. I am committed to supporting you as you navigate and process difficult emotions at your own pace.

Together, we will gently explore the layers of your trauma, helping you find new meaning and discover your inner strength and resilience and build the foundation for post-traumatic growth.

During our sessions, we will focus on your well-being in the here and now, as I believe that true healing happens in the present moment.
